At ITI HOME, we believe that a confident purchase should come with a clear and transparent return experience. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges.  

Eligibility for Returns  

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.  

To be eligible for a return:  

- Items must be unused and in original condition  
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories  
- Proof of purchase is required  

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.  

Non-Returnable Items  

The following items are not eligible for return:  

- Items marked as final sale  
- Personal use products  
- Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)  
- Gift cards  

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.  

How to Request a Return  

To start a return, please email us at:  

support@itihome.com  

Include:  

- Your order number  
- The item(s) you wish to return  
- The reason for the return  

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.  

Return Shipping  

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect  
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ITI HOME cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit  

Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If approved:  

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method  
- Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider  

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.  

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:  

support@itihome.com  

Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.  

Exchanges  

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. 
If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.  

Late or Missing Refunds  
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:  

- First, check with your bank or credit card provider  
- Then contact us at support@itihome.com and we’ll assist you
